・Orders placed from 3 days before the date of use through the day of use may be accepted depending on the availability of flowers and other materials. Please contact us by telephone to discuss your request.
・Delivery and shipping services may not be available in certain areas. Please contact us for details.

■ Payment Methods
・Bank Transfer
Payment must be completed at least 3 days before the date of use.
Bank transfer details will be provided by email.
※Bank transfer fees are the responsibility of the customer.

・Cash
Cash payments can be made at the Information Desk on the first floor of Meiji Kinenkan.
※Cash only.

■ Returns, Exchanges, and Cancellations
・Returns, exchanges, and cancellations must be made by telephone. Please refrain from requesting cancellations by email.
・Returns or exchanges due to customer circumstances after delivery, as well as cancellations after the product has been shipped, cannot be accepted. We appreciate your understanding.
・We take every precaution to ensure the quality of our products. However, should the flowers arrive damaged or deteriorated, we will arrange for a replacement of equivalent value.
・Please contact us within 2 days of receiving your order.
・Please note that we cannot be held responsible if delivery cannot be completed due to the customer's absence or other circumstances attributable to the customer.
