the sushi, tempura, and teppanyaki restaurant located inside Meiji Kinenkan.
This special dinner course features a variety of ingredients at their seasonal peak, thoughtfully prepared to highlight the colors and tastes of spring.
Guests can enjoy a beautifully presented menu that reflects the elegance of the season in every dish.
For the final course, guests may choose between Sea Bream Ochazuke (Tai Chazuke) a comforting dish featuring fresh sea bream served with tea broth or Nigiri Sushi, both prepared using ingredients at their finest seasonal moment.
